Blueprint Learning is Denmark’s leading platform for on-demand education. We are currently scaling internationally as well as to new verticals within our current markets, with a clear ambition of becoming the premiere hub for knowledge and education in Europe. To achieve that, we are looking for a Visual / UI Designer to help us create a stunning experience for our users.

As our Visual/UI designer, your responsibilities will include areas of design such as typography, iconography, color, and illustrations in our new digital learning platform. You will use your knowledge, expertise, and skills in all these fields to help our users successfully navigate and have a better visual experience with our products. Tasks could be, but are not necessarily limited to:

• Maintaining & developing our style guide (typography, iconography, color palette, grid system…etc.) & UI design components in Figma for the product team to develop our digital products
• Working closely with our Product manager & UX designer to turn the design concept into a pixel-perfect solution for developers on product implementation
• Creating mood boards, mock-ups, or other style suggestions for different digital product portfolios which tailor to different user needs
• Working collaboratively with our UX designer & marketing team to ensure style consistent, integrated brand perception and user experience in our digital platform & other communication channels
• Ad hoc graphic design tasks

Your Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in UI design, digital design, graphic design, visual communication design, or related design fields
• You are comfortable with using the following software: Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign) and experience with Figma or Sketch is a plus
• You are comfortable working in visual design in digital product
• You are a team player and you enjoy co-creating and collaborating with your colleagues and other relevant stakeholders
• You have a keen eye for aesthetics and details
• You are structured & organised of keeping your design documents
• You are fluent and professional in English
