Account Executive with relationship success and quotas in focus

As Account Executive you contribute to growing our organization by building a pipeline and closing sales deals with new prospects. You also act as intermediaries between other departments to ensure the success of our customer relationships with the opportunity to expand your business relationships through upsells with clients.

You are experienced in SaaS sales, with a fondness for delivering a great prospect and customer experience. You are accountable and relational, able to balance multiple deals in various sales stages while bringing results and exceeding quota.

Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with new prospects and existing customer relationships and nurture them into long-term thriving relations.

What you will do
You navigate large organizations to identify needs at the agency level and parent company level while effectively communicating value propositions through compelling presentations and platform demos, pricing proposals, and implementation strategies aligned with the customer.

  • Exceed your quota and own the sales cycle by generating a consistent pipeline and closing new client relationships in your designated territory of advertising and Marcom organizations
  • Conduct appointments with qualified leads sourced by BDRs
  • Build and maintain a territory plan to develop and grow your territory
  • Navigate large organizations to identify needs at the agency level and parent company level
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through compelling presentations and platform demos, pricing proposals, and implementation strategies aligned with the buyer
  • Engage new sales opportunities through existing prospects database, inbound lead follow-up, outbound communication, networking, and prospecting activities

  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data in Salesforce
  • Build relationships, influence, and manage multiple stakeholders including C/SVP/VP level decision-makers and HR and Procurement
  • Collaborate and work with Client Success and leadership to provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
  • At your core focus, you direct strategic account planning while remaining in regular contact with your clients and executive stakeholders to understand and meet their needs for future uplift and upsell opportunities

What you stand for

Proven experience as an Account Executive in SaaS for more than 2 years is a given. Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles is only the base of your toolbox.

  • Proven ability to understand customer pain and articulate distinctions of Lift’s products and services, while positioning against competitors to meet their needs
  • Significant experience with MS Office; solid user of Salesforce
  • Professional communication/presentation skills and the ability to build and develop relationships come naturally to you
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • A solid business insight leads you to be a trusted partner for our customers
  • Your trustworthy and playful personality makes people feel comfortable and valuable in your presence
  • BSc or BA in business administration, sales, or marketing or relevant experience
