More and more businesses are starting to understand the benefits of recurring revenue with a subscription-based business model, leading to predictable revenue, scalability, and improved customer relationships. However, as a subscription business grows, its readiness to scale is often low. Younium was founded because of the demand in the market for a robust cloud app for B2B companies to handle advanced B2B subscriptions and in turn manage the financial operations and reporting.

Why are you important for us in this role?

Being in the scaling phase with rapid growth, we need leading roles that will be the face of the company in the expansion, by meeting and qualifying prospects, introducing them to the world of subscriptions, and ultimately adding happy customers to our growing base. 🎯

What you will do:

You will be responsible for new customer acquisition, target specific geographical markets and be a crucial part of Younium’s growth. Initially, you will be active in the whole sales funnel from prospecting to discovery meetings but then move your focus more on to business design, final negotiations, and the closing process.

  • Identify prospects according to our Ideal Customer Profile and start the engagement.
  • Manage your prospect’s deal cycle in our CRM system
  • Provide the best experience to our prospects on demos, clarity on their journey with us, and bring in support from your teammates in solution sales, product, and customer success.
  • Work with clear revenue targets.
  • Bring back learnings from the market that can further help us reach our targets.

Who are you?

Most likely you have experience in selling B2B SaaS or Tech solutions and you are well experienced with semi-long sales cycles, and solutions selling with stakeholders such as CEOs, CFOs, or other C-levels.

  • An initiative-taker, with a drive to get things done.
  • Competitive, determined to win and develop, both as a person and as a team at a growing company.
  • A team player, eager to engage with your coworkers in a learning-environment
  • Have strong communication skills and fluent or native English speaker.
  • If you speak German, French, Spanish, or a Nordic language we see it as a plus.
  • University education or similar is an advantage.

We are currently a team of 60 people working in Stockholm, Malmö, Amsterdam, Philadelphia, and remotely. We are proud that we have a strong community and good team spirit, are agile, and changing rapidly in a growth-oriented environment. We have clear responsibilities and defined ownership, but with a mindset to collaborate and help each other out throughout the team.
