… and this is where you come in! You have the overarching responsibility for the smooth and successful roll-out of our SaaS solution, and for aligning project goals together with our customers. You oversee the project scope, the product configuration, the test phase, user training and documentation, and you manage the change that goes along with this process. You work in close collaboration with our enterprise customers across Europe to help them implement our Workforce Management solution after the sales process is completed. As the Project Manager for the Implementation Team, you are the one driving every implementation project forward. You guide each customer through the process, advise them on the right stakeholders to have on board their project team, and establish sustainable relationships with those stakeholders.
During the critical time of product roll-out, you are the person who combines in-depth product knowledge with an understanding of what makes the customer tick. Teamwork is a cornerstone to making each project a success: While your colleagues in the Implementation team focus on the details of the project, you deal with the overall alignment and any complications, and bringing a deep understanding of the configuration to the table. In addition, you have many internal stakeholders that you collaborate with in Sales, Customer Experience and Product Development. You remain patient and adaptable, while continually driving the implementation process forward. You have a creative and ‘can-do’ approach to any hurdles, as well as the ability to energise the project when motivation dips.
What you will do:
Your project involvement starts in the pre-sales phase. You make sure that the needs of the customer are clearly understood, and you help identifying any potential gaps between the solution and customer needs, so that they can be addressed early.
You are an ambassador for the product and influence customer stakeholders to ensure that someone takes charge of the project at the customer’s side.
You advocate for the change management that is needed for implementing the project. You drive implementation success by ensuring that the customer takes the necessary decisions regarding workflows and dedicates sufficient resources, as well as a project team to the roll-out.
You stay in frequent contact with your stakeholders in leading enterprises and mid-sized companies within retail and hospitality across Europe.
You are in charge of the financial part of the project, including invoicing.
You listen to the customer team during the process, build rapport and stay on top of the project.
You take a solution oriented and hands-on approach and have a good handle on operational tasks. You will have the opportunity to take on some integration with customers.
And this is you:
Your strongest attributes are your ability to communicate and your deftness in handling demanding stakeholders
You speak and write English on a professional level and ideally one additional European language, preferably French
You have minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, managing external projects with a high level of complexity and multiple stakeholders
You are curious, technologically minded, and interested in gaining – and maintaining – deep product knowledge
You are a problem-solver who enjoys hands-on work, whilst keeping the big picture in mind
You have a master’s degree in a relevant subject, preferably business
It’s a plus if you have:
Knowledge of HR and workforce management needs
Retail or hospitality industry experience
Experience from the SaaS industry
