About the role
As a Queue-it Sales Development Representative, you’ll act as the first contact for our future customers. You’ll identify and contact prospects, introducing these prospects to our best-in-class online waiting services through outbound efforts.
You will become highly qualified in understanding our service and our customers, creating leads and sales opportunities, and starting conversations with companies and organizations that would benefit from the use of our system.
Responsibilities
Create and qualify new sales opportunities. Identify, research, and create strategies to effectively engage target accounts. Establish contact with ideal customer profiles to develop an interest in our solution through creative outreach via phone, email, and social.
Monitor success and impact the sales development process. Utilize CRM systems to accurately track and share progress towards goals. Document, evaluate, and share effective techniques, approaches, and best practices that can contribute to future growth.
Collaborate for success. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams (and others!) to create engaging, prospect-optimized content, convert leads to customers, and reactivate cold accounts. After providing introductory information, you will introduce your leads to the Sales team to continue the buying journey.
· Experience and/or genuine interest in the online ticketing, retail, and public sectors
· Knowledge of B2B technology sales
· Technology proficiency (Email marketing, CRM, business apps, etc.)
· High-quality oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
· 1-3 years in a similar role
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or experience
· A customer-oriented thinker who enjoys interpersonal contact
· A self-motivated, enthusiastic worker with demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate
· Able to prioritize and organize effectively
· Strategic and perceptive, motivated to meet goals and deliver results
