We are looking for a professional with strong communicational and leadership skills, who will be our head of communications. In this role you will be the leading customer success person in our team, your job will be to act as a bridge between us and our users. You will be an important driving force reaching our user goals, identifying areas of critical need based on future growth and developing roadmaps to attack those problems.
What will you be doing?
Contacting and establishing relationships with companies and organizations
Ensure that we are gaining a critical amount of users onto our platform
Providing a delightful customer experience, regardless of situation
Building informal rapport with contacts to encourage long term relationships
Forecast and set goals according to organizational targets
Be accountable for driving, measuring, and reporting on key inputs and outputs in our CRM
Responsible for reporting that feeds into weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews which you will present at from time to time
Building, managing and motivating a team that is responsible for our user growth
What skills and experience do you need?
Strong academic background
Degree in e.g. philosophy, psychology or political sciences
You are intelligent and you get things done efficiently and accurately
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Thrive on change and comfortable with ambiguity and extremely fast-paced environments
Can push us and be pushed as well without being offended. We love to be proven wrong, and you should too. It’s the only way to grow
Fluency in English both verbal and written is required
Other languages are a plus
