What you will be doing 💪

• Identify and find contact information on relevant leads and audiences for our sales team - and depending on your language skills, target companies in the Nordics, DACH, Benelux, France, UK, and North America

• Pitch and kickstart customer dialogues (e-mails, phone, Zoom calls, and LinkedIn)

• Make sure our CRM system is updated and accurate (HubSpot)

• Qualify leads and sets our sales team up for success

• Work closely with your team to perfect the pitch and process.

  
  

In order to do so, we think you have these competencies 📄

• Solid business acumen. Being able to spot the missing piece

• A great communicator. Both verbal and written

• Top-notch people skills. Be able to connect with stakeholders in seconds

• Competitive by nature

• Native verbal and written communication skills in one of the following languages --> Danish, Swedish, Norweigan, French, Dutch, German, and English (British or American English).

We have big ambitions here at Talenthub.io and we believe that finding the perfect match for every open position is very important to reach our goals. We know that candidates on average, spend around 3 hours writing a cover letter, and we also know that most recruiters have a difficult time figuring out how to value the cover letter in the recruitment process. That's not fair!

Therefore we do something else. As mentioned before, we ask candidates to complete a personality profile assessment to see how your personality fits into the team's synergy. When you click the apply button you will be asked to fill out your name and email and upload your CV. Here you also need to access a link to complete a PI personal profile. It takes around 10 minutes. When you have completed the profile you will receive a feedback report in your inbox.

We are looking for a person who can join the office most days to be a part of the team culture. But we are open for you to work from home some days a week if that fits your schedule better.
