Sales Operations at Talenthub
You will be our first hire within sales operations and we envision the internship can turn into a part-time role or full-time position. As the first sales ops employee, you will together with our VP of Sales and Head of Finance build out and adjust our sales processes based on data, our learnings, and progress. This will be an exciting step in your career as we plan to double the sales team this year, with lots of opportunities on the rise.
What you will be doing 💪
Partner with our VP of Sales and Head of Finance in preparing data reports, forecasting, analyzing performance, building business cases, business development, and executing on agreed initiatives within sales
Ensure our CRM (Hubspot) is up to date with accurate data
Implement & onboard employees in new sales tools
Provide administrative support to the sales team
Support the execution of sales and marketing activities
Maintain and improve our Sales Prediction Model, Cohort analysis, etc.
In order to do so, we think you have these competencies 📄
You are enrolled in a University and are looking to gain valuable work experience
You will be part of an international team and prepare materials so you need to be fluent in English, verbally and in writing
A professional interest in data, business development, sales operations, and in general in the scale-up scene/saas
A can-do mentality, where you also strive for creating innovative and scalable solutions
As you will be doing lots of sales calculations, sales data processing, etc. we expect that you are an expert in Excel/PowerPoint and/or Google Sheets/slides/data studio, etc.
Prior experience with working in a CRM system.
