Your mission will be to design, own, and execute a people & culture strategy that sets our team up to be at their best. You will own everything people and culture related, including:
Ensuring that our employee experience sets our team up for success from beginning to end
Driving our hiring efforts to ensure that we continue to build on our strong culture, including designing an employer branding strategy
Contributing to designing compensation and benefits that ensure we are well positioned to retain and acquire great people
Reinforcing our strong culture of autonomy, scientific integrity and pragmatic idealism
Managing our workplace to help us be more effective and efficient together
All HR administration (we currently outsource much of this already, e.g. salary, holiday tracking, parental leave reimbursement. We also have an HR hotline so you don’t need to be an expert in Danish employment law)
You will be our first full time People & Culture / HR hire and will play a key role in ensuring eMap is able to scale. You will act as an individual contributor (with no immediate management responsibilities) reporting to the Head of Operations.
You are excited to take on the challenge of building and executing a people strategy that enables our team to continue to perform at their best.
You have 3+ years of experience driving your own projects and/or team. Ideally you have experience in a People & Culture / HR function, but this is not a requirement.
You are autonomous and ready to take the lead.
You are passionate about both the strategic and operational aspects of people & culture. We’re planning to double to 20+ people over the next year which will require an ability to simultaneously execute and think ahead.
