Our operations department is responsible for making sure that every parcel is transported in an efficient and environmentally friendly way, all the way from the Merchants to the end consumer while strategically planning and executing our expansion to new cities.

About the role
Our next Operations Manager (FI) will support our growth in the Finnish market. As an Operations Manager, you are responsible for the quality and development of all our operations in Finland. This includes monitoring and developing existing processes, assure high quality, supporting new growth initiatives, analyzing efficiency, and improving productivity in the terminal and with our partners. You will be responsible for leading teams within Terminal, Last Mile, Linehaul/Pickup, and Routing, with a focus on quality assurance, optimization, and expansion.

This is an amazing opportunity to join a team of young talents continuing to build the Finnish organization within a successful scale-up. The business truly runs with a strong characteristic of a standalone startup with the aim to build the best last-mile logistics solution in Finland whilst also being an integrated part of the Nordic Operations team.

Furthermore, as Budbee is a scale-up business and growing at the same speed as the light travels, we are looking for a highly adaptable candidate who can switch between long-term strategic initiatives one moment and pivot into rapid, tactical actions the next.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, logistics, supply chain, or equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar role or management consulting
• Analytically strong, with an ability to combine data with human intuition to crystallize your hypothesis and execute upon them
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (Finnish and English is a requirement)
• Leadership experience is highly recommended, but not necessarily a requirement
