Business Development Representative – France

… and this is where you come in! You will be responsible for engaging potential customers via outbound activities and building our future client pipeline among enterprise and larger mid-size customers in France. It will be your job to contact potential customers with the goal of scheduling qualified meetings with our Enterprise Product Sales Specialists. You will be part of a team dedicated to serving our customers and expanding our customer base in France.

Our customers are our highest priority, and it is important that we ask questions and listen to them from the very first interaction. You find it easy to reach out to people, enjoy building new relationships, and you are motivated to learn about prospective customers’ diverse challenges and needs. Whenever a prospect is a good fit, you are the one who sets up meetings with your colleagues in the sales team.


You will:

  • Create a list of qualified and suitable leads, finding the relevant people to contact

  • Make cold calls, network, and be active on social selling platforms, addressing potential customers’ specific pain points

  • Book meetings with potential customers for your colleagues in the sales team

  • Make sure that you have enough relevant information for the Enterprise Product Sales Specialist to conduct an effective meeting by ensuring a reliable handover

  • Gather market insights from your conversations with leads and share with your team

  • Feed insights into the effectiveness of messaging, channels and content use back to the marketing team

  • Collaborate on-site with the entire sales team in Copenhagen

  • Update relevant information in our CRM system regularly


And this is you:

  • You speak French on a native level and English on a professional level

  • As a person, you are proactive, outgoing and persuasive

  • You love collaboration, whether it is with your immediate colleagues or across teams and functions

  • You have a passion for consultative sales and are eager to learn how tamigo can create value for the customer

  • Excellent communication and listening skills

  • Confidence and experience in engaging with multiple decision-makers


It’s a big plus if you have:

  • Some experience in selling or creating leads for advanced products, preferably in the SaaS space

  • Knowledge of HR, Operations and Workforce Management needs

  • Retail or hospitality industry experience
