The data team will be its own team and function in the company as we grow. It will not become a reactive report-building team. Something much more proactive, revenue detectives.

What you'll do

As a data analyst, you’re going to be the first person to start crunching data to support all teams and functions, that supports our user experience and support our predictable revenue. It’s a great chance to grow along with the rest of the Mobalers and be the first person on the team, to build our data analyst operations.

To thrive in this position, you’ll need:

• Get stuff done and hands-on approach

• 3+ years of related data analyst experience

• Understand product-led growth in SaaS and how to drive both long and short term KPIs

• Deep knowledge in revenue operations and data analytics

• Basics in SQL & Python

• Holistic understanding of a SaaS company’s data flow

• Being able to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for the leadership team

• Support the marketing team to create winning campaigns through data

• Support sales team with data that helps them close deals with analyzing the pre-sales data

• Support product team with insights into how users are behaving on the platform

• Support customer success team to crunch our existing customer's data

• Support financial team with data for revenue analysis

• Get hands dirty attitude.

• Responsible for the data-warehouse related products and functions

• Supporting multiple teams through data

• Building feedback loops for revenue operations. Excellence in documenting targets and results

• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure the smooth transition of pre-sales to sales executives

• Driving growth through product-led growth metrics

• Mentor and support all teams with data, processes and help every team to grow with data

• Proactively developing the data analyst function of Mobal.io, as we expand quickly globally.
