The data team will be its own team and function in the company as we grow. It will not become a reactive report-building team. Something much more proactive, revenue detectives.

As a data analyst, you’re going to be the first person to start crunching data to support all teams and functions, that supports our user experience and support our predictable revenue. It’s a great chance to grow along with the rest of the Mobalers and be the first person on the team, to build our data analyst operations.

3+ years of related data analyst experience
Understand product-led growth in SaaS and how to drive both long and short term KPIs
Deep knowledge in revenue operations and data analytics
Basics in SQL & Python
Holistic understanding of a SaaS company’s data flow
Being able to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for the leadership team
Support the marketing team to create winning campaigns through data
Support sales team with data that helps them close deals with analyzing the pre-sales data
Support product team with insights into how users are behaving on the platform
Support customer success team to crunch our existing customer's data
Support financial team with data for revenue analysis
