IT Supporter (full or part time)

What does the work consist of?

You will be responsible for providing a high level of IT support to Sonar employees and support with the IT infrastructure for the companies in our building. The IT Supporter will serve as the primary point of contact regarding IT tasks, and also be a “handyman” on occasion to perform some practical tasks in the building.   


What are your areas of responsibility?

  • Daily support of company business applications and IT equipment

  • Configuration, maintenance, and management of IT hardware

  • Installation and maintenance of software on servers and client computers

  • Maintenance and support the local IT infrastructure

  • Maintenance and support of meeting rooms and AV equipment

  • Assist and collaborate in IT project implementation 

  • Troubleshooting of system and network problems, diagnosing, and solving hardware or software faults

  • Management of internal IT systems

  • Support on implementation of new systems, processes, and IT operational procedures

  • Collaborate and engage with different business teams on IT related matters

  • Some practical tasks within facility service, such as setting up new screens, preparing meeting rooms in the house, moving things around etc.


What qualifications do you need?

We are looking for a person with great energy and drive who is motivated to be part of a growth journey with an ambitious and enthusiastic team.


We expect you to:

  • Have relevant experience from a similar IT position.

  • Be able to work independently

  • Have knowledge of online platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365

  • Have experience with or knowledge of operating systems and their installation on hardware (Windows 10/11, Linux, macOS)

  • Experience with network management is a big plus

  • Be proactive and you have a service minded mindset

  • Be able to drive the development of new ways of working and establishing best practices for the IT area

  • You can structure your work and manage a large range of tasks

  • You’re a natural when it comes to learning and using new technologies as well as teaching others about it

  • Fluent in speaking and writing English, Danish would be a plus but not a requirement
