Spirii develops and provides world-class charging products and digital solutions to customers with electric cars. You will become part of our solid and hand-picked Spirii team. As a Scrum Master, you are responsible for ensuring our teams’ adoption and continuous improvement of an Agile Software Development mindset and process. You will engage with departments internally in Spirii and external consultants to coach and guide the existing projects. You will be responsible for the effectiveness of one or two small teams of 3-5 software developers.

Responsibilities

On a day to day basis, you will:

• Ensure the teams operate with transparency, inspection, and adaptation values within an iterative process.

• Guide the team to focus every sprint on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done removing impediments when needed.

• Organize, conduct, and facilitate Scrum ceremonies that are positive and productive.

• Support the Product Owner in facilitating work breakdown of larger development projects into epics, user stories, and tasks.

• Drive continuous improvement and create a learning environment with ongoing feedback and recognition

• Foster an Agile mindset across Spirii.

• Responsible for helping the team stay accountable for what it has agreed and committed.

• Remove barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams.

• Administrate the Agile planning tool for your teams.

• Help plan and execute quality assurance measures, e.g., manual regression tests and user acceptance tests.

Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have:

• Relevant technical graduate degree at minimum bachelor level (engineer).

• +3 years experience from a similar role as Scrum Master or Team Lead.

• Experience in individual and/or group coaching is considered an advantage.

• Experience with relevant SW project management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence, Notion, etc.).

• Knowledge of SW development concepts and technologies.

• Project management experience from agile environments is a plus.

• Experience with manual testing of software solutions.

• Experience with business administration systems (like CRM, ERP) is an advantage.

• Experience with app development and release management is considered an advantage.

• Fluent in English orally and in writing.

The position is a permanent position in Copenhagen, Denmark. The Danish language is not required, but Fluent English language skills are required.
