The Role

We are looking for a Senior Paid Social Specialist to join our team in inner Copenhagen. Hairlust is growing rapidly and has reached the point where we need an experienced specialist to manage all of our paid social channels across all of our markets. You will be working in a multinational team and will be setting up campaigns in many different markets. We are looking for an independent and enterprising individual, who knows the best practices of each platform, who is data driven and who is willing to challenge the status quo.

The responsibilities:

• Set up, manage and optimize campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Youtube and Pinterest on a daily basis.

• Administer budgets of several millions a year across multiple markets and platforms.

• Help our country managers plan and execute new campaigns across different platforms, while finding the optimal budget split for each platform and campaign.

• Proactively form and share strategies, findings and key insights while being able to argue for your recommendations.

• Strive to learn and evolve within the latest technologies, tactics and platforms.

• Keep a tight structure on each platform, while setting up a framework for testing and learning as we move forward.

  
  

What are we looking for? 

• At least a couple of years experience of managing ad accounts on the Meta, Snapchat and TikTok platforms.

• An understanding of the more technical side of paid social with knowledge of tracking, pixels, attribution windows and product catalogs and feeds.

• A high affinity towards working with numbers and data-driven decision making.

• A thorough and analytical mind that enjoys working independently and keeps a tight structure.

• An entrepreneurial personality that can articulate their ideas.

• A social and outgoing personality that is excited to work in a diverse and multinational company.
