We are looking for a proactive and driven team-player to join our Enterprise Solutions team in this newly created position as Enterprise Business Support. The role will be based at our HQ in Vejle.


We are a car trading SaaS solution for the professional market. We are growing fast and serve more than 6,500 customers across the whole professional value chain in several European countries.


About the role

As our new Enterprise Business Support at AUTOproff, you will support our Key Account Managers, Sales Managers and Enterprise customers and ensure a high customer satisfaction by creating good and trusting relations and providing an excellent customer service- and support.

You will join a small but very motivated and dedicated team, and you will report into the Enterprise Solutions Director.

Your mission will be to start up the support function for our Enterprise Solutions, and you will be instrumental for our customer success within the Enterprise Solutions.


Let's dive into your key responsibilities

  • Supporting customers and Key Account Managers with registrations, data processing and quality assurance for auctions

  • Managing registrations of cars for auction and handling all related documents (archiving and administration of registration documents and shipments with UPS)

  • Follow up with sellers/buyers after completed auction in relation to aftersales activities

  • Follow up dialogues with customers after completion of auctions to ensure a high customer satisfaction

  • Managing and approving invoices and consignment notes in AUTOproff IT systems

  • General customer service- and support and advising customers


The need-to-have skills

  • Administrative background and experience, preferably from the car finance, leasing, importer or rental industry, or from the car retail industry

  • Good understanding of the car trading- and retail industry incl. knowledge of tax and VAT and relevant documents such as registration certificates, COC etc.

  • Experienced user of MS Word and Excel, and great ability to quickly learn how to use new IT systems

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in Danish as well as English


The nice-to-have skills

  • Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)

  • Fluency in German
