What we're looking for
We are looking for a new team member who will be responsible for marketing and social media, and together with our sales team create remarkable results both B2B and B2C. This is a new position so you can influence the position, be a part of a growing company and an excellent team. In this job you need to speak both Norwegian and English.
You have good ideas on how to reach new customers, how to speak to health providers and you have great ideas on how to spread the word about Lifeness in an innovative way.
You will have the main responsibility for marketing, make plans and use social media for reaching our goals. We are looking for a person who have the passion to develop something from small to large, and who loves challenges! You see opportunities when others see problems.
You like to work independently, as well as being a part of a team. We have ambitious goals, and we are looking for the right person to help us get there. Responsibilities
Marketing & SoMe
Creation and execution of marketing strategies
Set up a marketing plan, schedule tasks and projects
Produce marketing content for SoMe, adds, articles and web page
Manage messages/communication on all our platforms
Be support for the for the sales team and help them make sales.
Responsible for conference stands.
Contribute to building the Lifeness brand
Qualifications
Experience and/or relevant education from marketing and SoMe and confident at delivering strong and inspiring material
You “make-things-happen” and you are excited to roll up your sleeves
You are organized, structured, creative and a fast learner
You are up to date on what’s trending on SoMe
Good communication skills both orally and in writing, fluent in Norwegian and English
You have a positive mindset, large work capacity, flexible and strong work ethics
You are not afraid to think «outside the box», and see possibilities where other see challenges
As we´re in a growth phase you will be asked to cover several tasks and projects, including research, strategy, lead generation and everything within marketing and SoMe. The position will require you to adapt quickly and solve challenges on the go. You need to work strategically long-term as well as delivering on short-term goals.
