What is the role of a Marketing Manager?
As our new Marketing Manager, your primary focus will be on optimizing our marketing strategies and developing integrated marketing programs with a strong digital focus to attract, cultivate, and engage leads. You will lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support, and driving collaboration.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Execute acquisition-marketing campaigns through all phases of the campaign lifecycle, including strategy and creative development, audience segmentation and targeting, execution of the campaigns, and coordination with in-house stakeholders or agencies
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign growth and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal recommendations and suggestions on tactics
Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
Manage content and updates for customer and internal touchpoints, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide additional sales support
Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Own the marketing acquisition and prospect engagement B2B programs for the Nordic market
Ensure internal sales awareness and engagement in the marketing campaigns
What does it take to succeed in the role of Marketing Manager?
You possess a profound understanding of people together with containing extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads. You are comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as a long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.
In addition, you are expected to have:
The ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans
2+ years of relevant experience within B2B marketing and lead generation, preferably whiten a SaaS company
A relevant bachelor's degree
Analytical and problem-solving mindset and you strive to make an impact
High level of ability to work independently
Experience from entrepreneurial companies or consultancies is an advantage
An extrovert, energetic, and driven person with an ambitious mindset

That you master excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
You have experience in marketing disciplines such as content marketing, search engine marketing, SoMe, event marketing, or B2B SaaS sales.
You have an analytical and data-driven approach to demand generation with the ability to track and report on long-term and complex campaign performance metrics.
