We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Specialist to steer, define, and implement testing strategies and processes across multiple projects and solutions, including test automation.

With us, you will have a chance to lead the testing and quality assurance of the software stack for Quantum computers. We work in a state of art Agile environment, where you can affect how the work is done most efficiently. As an essential part of the Software team, you get to work with a highly skilled team in a relaxed atmosphere in a cozy environment.

You would need in-depth knowledge of modern software testing trends and tools, software development, and cloud technologies to succeed in this position. You have an active hands-on attitude to drive things forward, guide the team and implement the testing process within the project/unit, and improve quality overall by helping to identify issues at the early stages of the developed solution. As a person, you have an eye on the details and planning and are able to tackle the problems from a technical approach, suggest improvements, and propose new processes. You would have an excellent teamwork mentality and communications skills to guide the teams with your expertise.

We value

  • Prior experience in working with complex software environments
  • Prior working experience with the DevSecOps pipeline

Preferred experience

  • Experience as a Test Automation Engineer or similar positions
  • A good understanding of creating a suitable test strategy to fulfill the project/unit goals
  • Planning and implementing test automation and test environments
  • Experience with integration / API testing
  • You have a basic understanding of container orchestration and workload management tools, such as Docker, Docker-compose, K8S

What differentiates You

  • A good understanding of infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
  • Understanding the role of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
  • ISTQB/ISEB Foundation Certificate in Software testing or similar

In the Software teams, we are using Python, Restful APIs, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Liquibase, Ansible, Docker and Git. The development is done with Agile methodologies.
