MXNEY uses live data and insights to solve these challenges and provide Ecommerce businesses with the ability and confidence to spend for growth through financing and dedicated growth support.

What will you do?
As a Customer Success Analyst, you will aid and support our customers’ growth journey by providing them with recommendations and insights based on our analysis of their website performance, online marketing efficiency and overall sales performance. You will closely collaborate with our customer success managers to ensure we provide tailored growth support.
As we are a quickly growing company, you can expect your responsibilities to grow exponentially as you develop over time.
On a daily basis, you can expect to:
Analyze data from various sources including paid ads channels, shop systems, email and various website performance tools.
Identify unlocked opportunities or improvement areas and synthesize your findings in a concise report.
Create ad-hoc performance overviews for the Success Manager
