From a comfortable market position in the Nordics, we seek a competent Head of Customer Success and operations to drive, own, and build an organization that supports our Europe-wide expansion.
We are a tier 1 scale-up from Scandinavia, serving the largest and most well-known organizations within the private and public sectors. Our mission is to promote trust for everyone using digital services on the internet, and we have an exciting international growth journey ahead of us. The team consists of 40 dedicated and motivated colleagues in Denmark and abroad; we expect the team size to double in the next few months.
About The Role
Your primary objectives will be to:
Leading a team of dedicated support and implementation specialist whose finest task is to understand, assist, and help our customers and our clients get the full value of our product.
Be a culture bearer in a growing SaaS scale-up.
What you will do
Own and improve the support process from a customer sign to the end of life with Cookie Information.
Evolve our customer operations processes to new highs from an already strong foundation.
Work with our development organization to bring product knowledge and feedback to light.
Run a team of product experts whose knowledge and help are valuable for other departments and external partners.
Work closely with the management team and the customer growth team.
