We are expanding to Germany which is a new market for us. We are recruiting a competitive sales specialist to help us build our business activities in Germany. We would like to meet you who have a competitive instinct, who are curious, have perseverance and know German. You have sales experience and relevant education. Your tasks will be to seek out potential partners and customers, get pilots started and sell the solution to health trusts. You may have some experience from health as we deliver a solution in health technology, but this can also be learned.

We are looking for someone who thrives in the startup ecosystems.

Who can work on the following tasks:

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

• Identify, find and contact prospective users and partners

• Set up meetings with potential customers and listen to their wishes and concerns

• Collaborate with the team to develop, refine our pitch and sales materials.

• Set sales goals and KPIs.

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our products and services

• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data to share with our team and investors

• Collaborate with our team members to achieve awesome results

  
  

Qualifications

• Fluent in English & German

• Hands-on experience with a CRM software such as HubSpot

• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

• Passion for sales

• Ability to deliver attractive presentations

• Experience leading Sales: managing salespersons, creating sales processes, defining and implementing sales strategy, etc.
