ROLE SALES OPERATIONS LEAD

The Sales Team is an easy-going group with a lot of diverse responsibilities. We are busy but always make time to help each other out if a teammate needs anything. We enjoy juggling many partners around the world and have a passion for sustainably growing our business by building new partnerships and growing existing ones. We do that with a freedom to independently assess what’s right and are empowered to act on opportunities as long as they are in line with our overall strategic objectives.

As Sales Operations Lead you’ll be the anchor of our Global Sales Team by supporting everyone when and where needed. You’ll be the one with the analytical and personal tools to oversee if the sales pipeline is aligned with our sales budgets and you’ll formulate overall organizational objectives together with all relevant stakeholders within SOUNDBOKS.


Okay, let’s make things a little more concrete. Here’s what we expect your daily life to look like:

  • You’ll be managing the sales forecasting process and overseeing the sales pipeline while developing overall organizational goals with your team.

  • You’ll provide superior administrative support to external partners.

  • You’ll support the execution of sales and channel marketing activities.

  • You’ll select, implement, and manage digital sales tools to optimize the sales process.

  • You’ll manage CRM data including contracts, pricing, terms & conditions.

  • You’ll participate in cross-functional Sales & Operations Planning activities.

  • You’ll analyze sales and customer data using ERP and BI tools.


In order to become a success in this role, we believe that your profile should be aligned with the bullets listed below. However, we acknowledge that success can take many forms, so please do apply even if you don’t tick all the boxes.

  • You’re experienced in driving and managing sales in a company that sells physical consumer products. 

  • Because of your background as sales (operations) manager you have proven yourself as a multi-tasking ace with daily formulated action items because you leave nothing to chance.

  • You know your way around digital sales and support tools as well as forecasting.

  • You have an elaborate understanding of the distribution and sales channels of the audiotech industry, both on the digital and physical side.

  • You love talking to people which is why you enjoy initiating a significant number of conversations everyday. While conversing, you not only love talking but – maybe even more – listening actively which makes you an overall strong communication presence, both verbally and in writing.

  • A big plus is when you have project management experience within the consumer electronics industry.
