Furry Champ is the newest challenger in the pet insurance industry. We are the only pet insurance to offer an effective preventive care subscription and the most tailored insurance in the market. 

The founding team consists of serial entrepreneurs and former scale up managers. Our team is based in Berlin and Stockholm. The business is young and very much run like a startup. We are looking for hungry employees that are interested in building something from the get go and to execute on a vision with maximum freedom to take responsibility. Are you excited by phrases like 'run and break things', 'chaos as a method' etc.? Then you are probably right here!

Our working setup is semi-remote. Our office is in Stockholm, but we accept employees that are not permanently based there, as long as they drop in for crucial meetings and workshops. Our launch market is Sweden, but the company's working language is English. 

Reporting to our CMO, we are looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to create a Partner Program (almost) from scratch. To excel in this role, you will need to be practical and strategic across a variety of tasks and challenges. 


You will

  • Develop the strategic vision for the Furry Champ Partner program in line with overall business and growth objectives

  • Build out and manage the Furry Champ Partner Program to increase revenue for partners and for Furry Champ

  • Manage relationships with our partners, ensuring that their business objectives and ours are clearly communicated and aligned

  • Build network, identify new opportunities for partnerships, initiate contact, negotiate and close deals

  • Manage existing partnerships, including partner support and performance tracking


You are

  • You have experience in business development and specifically negotiating deals between businesses

  • You have a proven track record of building something from nothing, starting by reaching out

  • You are rational and like to make decisions based on data

  • You are practical and like simple strategies

  • You are able and excited about working with minimal supervision and have complete ownership of a crucial acquisition channel at Furry Champ

  • You can work effectively across marketing, sales, and product teams

  • You are excited about pets and animals and want to be part of building the insurance that they deserve
