Production & Supply Chain Manager 

Seasony is looking for a Production & Supply Chain Manager. You’ll play a key role for the company to build up Operational Excellence and ensure that our products, production, and services meet all necessary requirements before the product reaches the customer. 

Seasony is about to go through a scale-up phase of moving from pilot to full production. You will report directly to the CEO and work in close collaboration with the CTO. You would also have the responsibility to manage the production team so that set goals are met. 

Your role

• Performing all activities with respect to Production Planning and Scheduling. 

• Experience in setting up and maintaining an ERP system  

• Maintaining the accuracy of the ERP system with respect to the Bill of Materials from batch records or as supplied by the R&D team. 

• Confirming manufacturing capacity before verifying availability of materials and scheduling. 

• Interested in setting up QA and QC procedures in production  

• Great focus on documentation 

• Great communicator both verbal and written 

• Excellent problem-solving skills 

• You have a true drive for a more sustainable future 

Your qualifications are 

• M.Sc.in Engineering or operations/production or equivalent is a plus 

• Experience in Project Management is a plus 

• Min. 3 years of work experience as Operations Manager or similar role within production management including, production and shift planning, supply chain management, budgeting, and forecasting. 

• Fluent in English with knowledge of Danish being a plus.
