What do we do?

At Soundsensing, we are building a platform for providing intelligence and insights to customers in the real estate market, through sensors and machine learning. We gather data from any source: our own sensors developed in-house, existing sensors, and other data streams, before we turn the data into actionable insights through condition monitoring and predictive maintenance. We are developing technologies using machine learning, IoT and cloud computing, which gives the developers working with us the possibility to do varied tasks. These are not buzzwords to us, and we need people capable of- and interested in building good solutions for these technologies. We are dedicated to solving hard problems - and we are growing rapidly. 

We are opening up for an experienced developer who, together with our team, will build a backend for delivering live machine-learning services at scale. 

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience as a back-end developer

• Experience with python

• Experience with data engineering

• An interest in cloud computing, big data or machine learning

• An academic background in a relevant field

The characteristics that make you fit right into the team, is a strong mind, and readiness to learn new technologies and apply them as new challenges arise. We are looking for the smart and the curious. You will have freedom to choose how and when to work, but will also be responsible for your own development and code.

Experience with several of these is of course a plus, but we also think you will pick up any of them quickly if some of them are new to you.
