SimplyPrint, a young startup, is looking for a mobile app developer (cross-platform, Flutter, React, Ionic etc.) with entrepreneurial drive, who wants to help change the fast-moving industry of 3D print with us.

We're a SaaS company, making software for 3D printers that make 3D printing as easy as it should be; for schools, universities, hobby users and print farms. Our mission is to make the most user friendly and most powerful platform for 3D printers, and the growth of our user-base show that we're doing something right.

You'll be brought on as a partner with equity and be in charge of our app for both iOS and Android.

The app foundation is already laid, it's working, published on both iOS and Android, used by thousands of users, but in need of touch ups and some refactoring from an experienced mobile developer.

We have a lovely office just beside Forum in Frederiksberg, with more than enough space for one more person. Working from home some days will be possible, but we value being in the office together. You'd be working with 4 young, witty guys (21-26), who have been working on this countless hours a day since early 2020.

What we're looking for in an app developer

• Mobile app development experience (preferably Dart & Flutter)

• Git knowledge + ability to work with others on the same codebase

• Entrepreneurial drive & inner fire

• You live in Denmark, able to be in our office at Frederiksberg

Some "nice to have" bonus points;

• 3D printing knowledge (having owned a 3D printer, for example)

• UI/UX design flair

• Python knowledge

• PHP knowledge

• Docker knowledge

• CI/CD expertise

• Experience with "OneSignal" notifications

As said, you'll be the main developer on the app, but with help from the current app developer. The app makes heavy use of our web platform's API, which it uses to get all information about users, printers etc. - so everything is done via. our API, meaning you'll also be working closely with our web developer. This means, that much of the "heavy lifting" is done web-wise, so the app is more of an "API wrapper with a nice UI".

As the app gets more and more polished, there could be a potential part-time-transition to other internal development projects, like Python for the software that runs on the printers and such.

Pay and equity

We're still relatively early in our startup phase, with small salaries for just some employees, as we invest as much as possible into the company's growth (which is more than 300% in the last year).

We'd be able to bring you on with a small start salary to cover monthly expenses, but with the compensation being equity - bringing you on as a partner in SimplyPrint.
