Account Development Representative (German Speaker)

Account Development Representatives (ADRs) play a key role in the Brandwatch sales process. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to impact the growth of our business.


Through research and collaboration with the Account Management team you will get an understanding of our current customers and you will be establishing the first contact with connected businesses to cross- and upsell our top-rated social media management solution. 


What will you do:

  • Research and understand our existing customers

  • Outline business opportunities for cross-selling and upselling

  • Book demonstrations for our Account Management team

  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets

  • Becoming an expert on our brand, business, and SaaS product


Responsibilities:

  • Utilize cold-calling, cold-emailing, Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other platforms to own your pipeline

  • Prospecting and qualifying leads

  • Nurture relationships with potential customers & existing clients


Requirements:

  • Bilingual fluency in English and German

  • A sales-minded individual that wants the challenge and opportunity to develop within sales

  • Efficiency and goal-focus are your second nature

  • Ability to turn a "No" into a "Yes" through consultative questioning and coping with rejection

  • Ability to thrive in a performance-oriented international environment with short sales cycles

  • Team player attitude, eager to be part of an ambitious team

  • Experience in cold calling or in a new business generation/real estate/recruitment related role is an advantage
