From a comfortable market position in the Nordics, we seek a competent Head of People and Culture to drive, own, and build an HR organization that supports or for Europe-wide expansion.

We are a tier 1 scale-up from Scandinavia, serving the largest and most well-known organizations within the private and public sectors. Our mission is to promote trust for everyone using digital services on the internet, and we have an exciting international growth journey ahead of us. The team consists of 40 dedicated and motivated colleagues in Denmark and abroad; we expect the team size to double in the next few months.

Your primary objectives will be to:

What you will do

• Own and improve the recruitment process 

• Create talent development programs Monitor and optimize employee engagement

• Develop and implement HR processes and policies

• Work closely with our office and culture manager to create a fantastic workplace in an inspiring office space filled with great events.

• Pro-actively engage with employees and support them

• Manage and maintain the HR system

• Ensure all colleague's well-being health is maintained
