Then we have the perfect opportunity for a native-speaking German, who will be given the keys to the German speaking markets, working out of our beautiful offices in Christianshavn, Copenhagen. 


The Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take up the responsibility for primarily the German market, but also to cover Austria & Switzerland, who can grow our presence and sales in these countries. 

Other than the responsibilities, a big part of the job is realizing the potential of the German markets, and coming up with new ideas to create brand awareness and accelerate sales. 

Therefore you must be driven by a high level of responsibility, and we expect you to set the ambitions high. 


The responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving growth and presence in Germany, Austria & Switzerland. 

  • Responsible for maintaining and developing all marketing activities in these markets. 

  • Handling and optimizing our acquisition and retention on the following channels: Influencers, Paid Social, Affiliate, Partnerships, SEM, SEO, referral & E-mail marketing automation, A/B Split tests on webshop optimization, etc. 

  • Responsible for securing documentation for all local marketing experiments and tests. 

  • Localize, build and constantly improve our marketing and customer journey

  • Take ownership of the German webshop (Shopify)

  • Continued development of the proper framework for measuring, reporting and optimization of your marketing funnel. 

  • Leadership responsible for a Digital Marketing Assistant (part-time employee)


Who are we looking for? 

  • We are looking for a passionate individual, who has experience with e-commerce and digital marketing. Someone who thrives with having a huge responsibility and a natural motivation for creating results. 

  • Technical skills and hands-on experience with a CMS system, as well as digital savvy in general. 

  • A versatile e-commerce and digital marketing professional with experience within influencer marketing, E-mail marketing, A/B testing, Google Analytics & Google Ads.

  • Ability to work in a structured manner, with a flair and drive for data & analytics. 

  • Native German with excellent communication skills as well as fluency in English. 

  • Experience from a consumer brand, either in-house or agency would be an advantage. Extra points for beauty.

Since HairLust was founded in 2017, the business has grown each quarter, won multiple beauty awards, expanded into 10 local markets, developed 40 products, had more than 200.000 customers and the list goes on.
