What is the role as Partner & Alliance Director?

As our new Partner & Alliance Director, you will be at the forefront of managing positive partnerships and identifying new businesses to work with. You will be responsible for developing and executing commercial and strategic relationships with organizations in accordance with our overarching objectives, goals, and strategies.

Your main responsibilities, but are not limited to, will include:

  • Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners, including upholding and deepening relationships with existing partners
  • Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships
  • Establish a systematic approach for partner outreach and relationship administration.
  • Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions
  • Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
  • Work closely with our CEO and Co-founder to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing team to understand current market trends and build relationships accordingly.
  • Strategize and implement new ways to grow current partnerships.


What does it take to succeed in the role of Partner & Alliance Director?

  • A relevant bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working on large and complex projects.
  • An extrovert, energetic, and driven person with an ambitious mindset
  • You possess strong emotional intelligence and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • You are a proactive person, who always strives to deliver the best results
  • You have prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.
  • You have experience working with stakeholders to find win-win solutions.
  • You are highly goal-oriented, assertive, and a hands-on, problem-solver.
  • You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools would be a plus
