The Vintage Bar is going through an aggressive and exciting expansion plan and we are looking for a hard-working and creative Partnerships Growth Intern to play a key role in the partnership department and in TVB’s next level of growth. You’ll, as a Partnership Growth Intern, refer to and work closely with your team leader on a daily basis. Besides this you’ll join great team of motivated people and be responsible for growing and expanding TVB’s presence in the world by assisting the Head of Partnerships in signing new partners.
What we’re looking for:
Experienced in developing new business within wholesale/fashion
An infectious enthusiasm for sales and hunger for success
Capable of building new key relationships and utilizing your existing network of brands
Someone who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty
What you’ll do:
Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of The Vintage Bar, industry trends, and competitors
Provide detailed sales reporting to Head of Partnership
Generate sales leads and prospecting
Make sure partners take part in campaigns
Sign new partnership agreement with premium/luxury brands and ensure the company revenue objectives are met or exceeded
Frequently spend time on the road for in-person meetings with partners overseas
Partner with various teams across onboarding, customer care, marketing, business intelligence, category management, and the management team to deliver solutions to clients
Ensure all The Vintage Bar sales initiatives and actions are aligned with TVB global mission, strategic objectives and values
