INTRODUCTION

Hello Retail is the market leader in the Nordic countries within Personalization and Conversion rate optimization (CRO) for the E-commerce market. Hello Retail is growing rapidly – and we are looking for an English speaking Implementation Specialist to join our Delivery and Tech Support team.

Are you experienced with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, enjoy working with customers and have interest in the e-commerce industry? You might be the one we are looking for! We need you to join our fantastic team in Copenhagen, Denmark, to ensure that we onboard and support our customers.

To keep the team spirit high we occasionally do some activities after work, our next adventure will be to test our putting skills at the minigolf course. Your team consists of 6 other Implementation Specialists and one Team Leader. The team as a whole has additionally 5 Support Specialists and their own Team Leader. ABOUT THE JOB

• Implement and onboard our features on our customers’ websites

• Applying your tech and coding skills and thus helping mature e-commerce businesses sell more and succeed

• Responsible, along with the rest of the team, to ensure a high level of service and contribute to very high customer satisfaction through your communication with customers

• Being the customer’s lifeline when they have questions.

• Winning as a team – we believe that the best solutions are done in collaboration

• Contributing with valuable input to the product and company process, as you’ll be hands-on and working with our product

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• You are experienced with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• You have good knowledge about the web, and know about URLs, parameters, web tracking and analytics, structured data etc

• You have a great approach to problem-solving and you are keen on finding solutions

• You can keep cool – and stay on top, keeping an overview of your ongoing activities

• You can ensure high-quality solutions in a timely manner

• You can juggle multiple tasks at the same time

• You are a team player – if you see someone struggling, you are there to help

• Fluent in both written and spoken English

• Other Nordic language knowledge will be a plus
