Danish speaking Sales backup for growing ERP platform 

TRAEDE – one of the leading ERP platforms in Scandinavia within fashion and lifestyle - is looking for a Sales backup that will be part of a small team that shall ensure the continuous growth of the company. Your main responsibility is to assist the sales team and to enable them reach team sales goals. Duties will include running and optimizing the Sales CRM in Hubspot, help with prospecting and sales analysis.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be well-structured and have a flair for analysis. Understanding the sales process and dynamics, as well as experience with a CRM system, is an advantage.

Sales Backup Responsibilities:

• Making sure the Sales CRM system is continuously updated.

• Helping the sales team with prospecting for new leads.

• Monitoring sales activities and running analysis.

• Screen incoming leads before handing over to the sales team.

• Helping with weekly and monthly reports.

• Assisting with coordination of sales efforts with marketing programs.

Sales Backup Requirements:

• Flair for analysis and a deep understanding of Excel is a must.

• CRM experience, preferably Hubspot, is an advantage.

• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

• You live in Copenhagen and can work from our HQ.
