About the role
ViaBill is looking for a Team Lead, eCommerce Sales Denmark with the grit and persistence to continue our rapid growth. You will be joining at an essential and strategic time for ViaBill.
You will hire, train, track and coach our Danish sales team. You will initially also source, set up meetings, and close sales until it transitions into a pure management role. We expect you to monitor and track key metrics to ensure we meet or exceed our monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

This is a full-time position, based in our HQ in the historical center of Copenhagen.
About you:
You have experience with outbound B2B sales within e-commerce, payments or a related high-volume industry.
You have deep experience in sourcing leads, outreach, scheduling meetings and closing deals.
You have analytical capabilities and are able to set activity, sales goals as well as monitor and follow up on those
You have experience being in a high-volume outbound B2B sales environment
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that grant the ability to build relationships with targets and partners
Experience with Hubspot or a similar CRM system
You have a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
What you will do:
Source and qualify leads by size, platform and industry
Schedule meetings by outbound outreach (email, phone)
Close deals and work with the technical onboarding team to get them live
Hire, train and develop a team of SDRs
Sit in on calls and meetings. Review email sequences and otherwise help the SDRs develop their skillset
Establish a sales framework with key metrics and consistent follow-up
Create sourcing strategies like events, webinars, etc.
