As an Account Executive at bmetric, you will be working in close collaboration with our Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for developing our market in the Netherlands . You will grow to understand bmetric’s unique market and our potential buyers, whilst you work to communicate the best and most valuable solutions to them.
At bmetric, we focus on setting collaborative goals, developing personal skills, and improving—day in, day out. We provide training in our platform and all of the essential sales skills including ongoing training in negotiating, and communication skills.

Requirements
Your Role
Identify, research, and engage with potential companies and stakeholders for collaboration
Proactively maintain a steady pipeline with our CRM system
Manage and complete complex sales cycles often presenting to C-level executives
Forecast your sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied customers
Book and prepare online sales meetings
Collaboratively set, achieve and exceed monthly goals
The Ideal Fit
Experience with B2B sales
Fluent in Dutch
Professional proficiency in English
Other languages are a plus
Strong communication skills
The ability to persevere through adversity and rejection
Ability to be hands-on as well as strategic and structured
Eager to learn and develop
Ambitious, self-driven, and results-oriented
