What will you do?

As a Success Manager, your focus will be helping ecommerce businesses accelerate their growth through MXNEY’s funding and strategical databased advisory. You will be analyzing and identifying ways to improve existing customers’ business performance. You will be a powerful advocate and partner to our customers.

We’re looking for empathetic and collaborative people who have a methodical approach with an interest in tech and driving successful outcomes with lifetime value for our customers. You will be working closely with a wide range of exciting companies worldwide and will interact with internal and external owners of the business.

This position is ideal for a problem-solver who is enthusiastic about the tech world and likes to be an integral part of an expanding organization. As part of our Success Management team, you’ll have full ownership of your own client portfolio and take on a consultant-type approach in enabling our clients to adopt and realize the value that the MXNEY funding brings to our cases potential growth journey.

 

Responsibilities: ‍

  • Relationship management: Caretake the relationship and establish trust with our portfolio

  • Contribute into and participate in the customer and internal team meetings

  • Review meetings, strategy review with our portfolio

  • Identify ways to improve services and feedback product suggestions internally

  • Identify and pursue cross-sell & upsell opportunities to enable portfolio growth

  • Advocate for and act as the ‘voice of the customer’ when collaborating with other business functions internally (i.e., Product, Implementation Partners, Account Management, Support, Marketing, Sales, etc.)

 

Why you? Success Manager will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Strong desire to work in a customer success/client relationship role responsible for long-term customer success

  • Ability to work collaboratively across the team and different departments and communicate your thoughts clearly and professionally both verbally and in a presentation setting

  • Strategic & consultative individual who is able to build trusted relationship, but also commercially-savvy with the aptitude to own the commercial relationship

  • Energetic and highly-motivated individual with a strong desire to work in a dynamic tech start-up environment

  • You enjoy rolling up your sleeves, working with talented coworkers and contributing to a great overall energy at the office.

  • Experience working with eCommerce customers using any of the following solutions highly desired: eCommerce; Conversion Rate Optimisation; Personalisation; Growth Management Platforms; A/B Testing; Web Analytics; Digital Marketing; Email Marketing; Marketing Automation or similar

  • A self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
