Easysize is a B2B SaaS company working with (direct-to-consumer) online fashion brands around the world. Our products help brands decrease online returns, boost sales and run more sustainable operations by utilising the data they have and helping them become more data-driven. We are looking to hire a highly motivated, well-spoken Outbound SDR who can support the Easysize team in customer acquisition.
As an SDR, your daily job would involve pre-qualification of leads, running outbound sales campaigns, objection handling and ultimately generating demo calls for our Account Executive.Â
Responsibilities:
Obtain contact information of potential customers through cold calling, internet research (business directories, digital resources, etc) and emailing
Create and improve emailing sequences, call scripts etc.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales materials, call strategies, and messaging
Qualify leads from outbound and inbound campaigns using BANT and ICP qualification frameworksÂ
Manage objections and address concerns that leads may have in order to schedule a demo callÂ
Assist the Account Executive with demo calls and closing dealsÂ
Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
Requirements
6 months+  is a similar SDR role selling B2B SaaS software products – ideally to SMB clients
Experience working with Hubspot CRM or similar CRM software, including sales automation tools
Diligent maintenance of sales records in CRM
High-energy, get-things-done attitude
Ability to understand and communicate our product to a business buyer
Mature and confident with strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, driven, dynamic personality
Strong desire for a career in sales
Full fluency in English – the ability to express your ideas clearly in persuasive emails and written communication
Nice to haves
Understanding of the fashion industry and having existing contacts is a huge plus
Experience running outbound B2B demand generation and lead generation activities in software/SaaS/cloud technology
Speaking in multiple languages
