Easysize is a B2B SaaS company working with (direct-to-consumer) online fashion brands around the world. Our products help brands decrease online returns, boost sales and run more sustainable operations by utilising the data they have and helping them become more data-driven. We grew the client base by 10x in 2021. And now, you have a chance to be a part of our team in 2022 and help us grow even faster.

We are looking for a senior level backend engineer to join us and help bring our platform and products to the next level. This role is ideal if you are passionate about data, exited to work on unique challenges and love to design and implement complex solutions to the most difficult problems that Fashion-tech industry has to offer.

Responsibilities

• Designing new platform features, and reimagining ways that existing ones can be improved

• Participating in product management process

• Work on the architecture of the entire platform to ensure scalability, stability and performance

• Building, improving and maintaining data pipelines

• Work closely with data scientists on algorithm pipelines and feature engineering

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of software development in a team

• Strong knowledge of python and SQL/NoSQL databases

• Extensive experience working in an Agile/Scrum/Kanban development methodology

• Experience working in SaaS, preferably B2B

• Extensive experience developing, supporting and scaling RESTful APIs, required

• Ability to identify when a simple solution is preferred and when a more complex solution is needed

• Ability to for-see potential risk and problems

• Ability to quickly adapt in order to thrive in a dynamic environment

• Ability to effectively communicate feedback to peers is required

Bonus

• Experience in Fashion-tech or e-Commerce

• Experience with practical use of Machine Learning

• Experience with high load services

• Experience with DevOps (cloud services)
