You have a flair for global B2B marketing communication. You have expertise in and a passion for building and managing effective communications and want to play an instrumental role in protecting and enhancing the reputation of the brand. You are pragmatic, structured, and understand to get the necessary information across.
You will take a leading role in shaping the marketing communications strategy and output on a global and local level, managing and running PR directly, and overseeing content ensuring that story and voice are consistent across all touchpoints.
You will act as the brand guardian and ambassador responsible for growing the Trackunit Brand externally and internally.

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial leader, who will work closely with the marketing team, product, and commercial teams, customers, and partners to orchestrate the growth in visibility of our brands.
As Head of Communication, you will work closely with the marketing and commercial teams to craft and deliver MarCom actions and strategies, reporting to the VP of Marketing.
With locations in the hearts of Copenhagen, Kolding, and Aalborg, we offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from one of our locations or remotely from anywhere in Denmark.
Responsibility and main activities:
Responsible for communicating key messages to defined target audiences to establish goodwill and understanding between Trackunit and its stakeholders.
Responsible for developing effective messaging and communication strategies.
Shape stories that resonate with key stakeholders including construction professionals, media, industry influencers, and team.
Generating positive coverage in the media and ensuring all written content produced is in line with our communications strategy and tone of voice.
Compose Marketing Communications plans and execution guidance.
Oversee development of all Trackunit communications actions including marketing collateral and online communications, Trackunit’s website, and new media.
Execute compelling & engaging storytelling across global internal & owned channels.
Translate business priorities and vision into relevant, engaging storytelling and communication touchpoints.
Capabilities and skills:
Phenomenal communication and copywriting skills
Strong communicator with the ability to work with many teams
Business-oriented mindset.
Highly agile mindset and ability to adjust to changes
Experience:
4-5 years of experience in Communications and/or Press Relations in an agency or company.
Experience project managing agencies (i.e. PR agencies, creative agencies, communication agencies, etc.) or in managing client accounts at an agency.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong stakeholder management skills and are able to manage and communicate with people of all levels
Ideally a background within B2B.
