Position Description

We are seeking an outstanding product marketer, both creative and execution-oriented, to help develop effective marketing strategies for communicating the key features and benefits of our product, Grace. Everything we make and do together will attract new clients and make them successful with our product and solutions. 

Your role

You will have a profound understanding and interest in the fields of governance, AI/ML, and related technologies, and will communicate to our Sales teams and clients on how our services and software apply to them.

You are excellent at writing collateral, white papers, articles, and perhaps you have aspirations to present at events or provide semi-technical presentations/demos relating them closely to our clients’ needs and wants. 

You will be closely monitoring our competition, how they go to market, and what their message is, and define changes to our messaging strategy and our products and services to further cement our unique position in the marketplace.

You enjoy reading articles, attending and creating events on new technology trends. You are always learning new things on what AI/ML/Ethics/Compliance/Crypto/NFT/AR/VR/IoT/Robotics can do for businesses in various industries.

You will be working with the best marketing team on the planet, technology rockstars, business magnates, and top closers to enhance and grow our business to reach world domination. 

Key responsibilities 

• Partner with Sales, Client Success, and Product Management to articulate our product offering compellingly to multiple audiences (from users up to CIOs/key sponsors). This includes product features, use cases,  applications, and more

• Fuel the process for creating product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonates with our buying audience

• Become the go-to subject matter expert for the Sales team on all things product

• Be responsible for creating and launching product playbooks such as market requirements and sales enablement plans

• Use quantitative and qualitative engagement data to improve customer experience in the marketing funnel

Required Knowledge & Abilities 

• High ambitions and curiosity for the latest technology development trends and solutions

• Want to make an impact with the technology we deliver to our clients 

• Relevant technical/product/marketing experience in B2B software and/or emerging technology companies

• Minimum five years of relevant marketing experience with a demonstrated track record of creating and executing marketing ideas (alone and in a team) 

• Great communication skills to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written 

• Fluency in modern digital marketing strategy and tactics

• Flexibility to adapt to challenges and opportunities and jump in where needed
