Calling all aspiring digital marketing ninjas! No, that’s not the title of the role - we’re not that company. Monsido - An Optimere Brand (Optimere moving forward), is looking for you! We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to help us move the needle when it comes to digital demand generation. This includes identifying the levers of growth and iterating to find what works best across SEO, CRO, Paid Search, SoMe and whatever else you identify as a way to scale results (think qualified opportunities!) from digital marketing.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will report to Optimere’s VP of Marketing for Commercial and International Markets and will work hand-in-hand with the 8 (and growing) other members of the marketing team to support the digital distribution and amplification of omni-channel campaigns, brand awareness, and more. This role is to be based out of our Copenhagen or London office in a hybrid work model.

Our team consists of international colleagues who care about each other, knowledge sharing, having fun and helping out wherever it’s needed. You will never feel alone being part of our team, whether you prefer working from our Copenhagen or London office.

We’re excited to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist who will:

• Improve our website and landing pages across search optimization, visitor engagement, conversion, site performance, and, of course, accessibility. We drink our own champagne here, afterall!

• Share the amazing content we produce and be our brand voice across our main organic SoMe channels (LinkedIn and Twitter right now - but if you have an awesome strategy for TikTok, we’re all ears!)

• Work with our Content Specialist to ensure best practice on-page SEO and support their great content with stellar technical SEO and drive some off-page SEO efforts 

• Create and scale impactful paid search and social ads by testing, optimizing and iterating as much as required (this is a temporary part of the job until our Paid Search Specialist returns from parental leave!)

• Come up with some ideas of your own that drive results! Ultimately we are looking for scalable digital demand efforts. To get there, we need to test, analyze, learn, and iterate, all the time!

• An inquisitive and creative mindset that seeks to understand what moves the needle in demand generation and how to accelerate and scale

• Experience with some or many elements of digital marketing and are keen to grow your skill set and learn new things

• A bias for action, you  understand and can implement A/B tests across a website and ad platforms almost as quick as the idea comes to mind

• A detail-oriented and organized approach to work that both requires creativity and data-driven decision making

• The ability to effortlessly between spreadsheets, the CRM system, Google Analytics and diverse ad platforms to make the work come to life

• Experience working with content management systems (we use Joomla), Google marketing applications like Analytics, Ads, Optimize, Tag Manager, etc, and social media platforms 

• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
