RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Associate, you will be fully involved in engagements for our innovative startup and scaleup clients across Europe. The main responsibilities will be research on high-growth industries, execution of search strategies, and presenting data-driven recommendations. Your tasks will include, but will not be limited to:
Executing search strategies to identify and attract the best executive talent in Europe, e.g. CEOs, CFOs, VPs, and Directors
Assess talent pools, identifying the most relevant candidates for the project
Engaging and providing an exceptional experience for our candidates
Analyzing data and qualitative feedback to optimize materials for our candidates and clients
Prepare internal and external presentations, e.g market research, competitor analysis, emerging technologies
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on service quality and best practices
Continuous development of processes and shared knowledge we have on industries, engaging pitch material and job descriptions
QUALIFICATIONS

You are a second-year Bachelor’s Student or pursuing a Master’s Degree – currently in top 10% of your class
Passion for understanding both people and innovative business models
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A desire to learn about leadership and how to build top performing teams directly from senior executives, who have a track record of successful international expansions
Goal-oriented approach with a problem-solving mindset
Full professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal – Danish is not a requirement
