As Minnity is expanding, we want to recruit a Marketing and Communication Intern who will support the CEO in operations in Sweden and internationally. You will work directly with the founders and actively shape the creation and development of a startup that will positively impact the lives of thousands of elderly people, their relatives and formal caregivers.

• Has an analytical and curious mindset

• Is goal-oriented, with experience of delivering results against targets

• Effectively balances competing priorities and appreciates new challenges

• Has the ability to work both independently and in a diverse team, in person and remotely

• Is fluent in utilizing digital tools at work (Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, Hubspot)

• Communicates in a clear and timely manner both in-person and remotely

• Has fluent command of English and Swedish both in speaking and writing (please note: both languages are required). Knowledge of additional languages is an asset

• Is based in Stockholm, Sweden

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and delivering digital marketing and communication tasks

• Improving the company digital marketing strategies

• Research on customers' and competitors' communication strategies

• Creating text in Swedish and English and visual content for social media and the company's website

• Collaborating with other team members in a clear and timely manner
