Building and delivering great customer experiences is an increasing focus for companies across all industries and at Sonar our research platform helps companies scale how they can innovate, build and test their ideas, concepts, solutions and products with the customers.

To scale our global expansion even further we are increasing our focus on collaboration with partners who uses the Sonar platform to bring customer insights into their client deliveries. We are therefore looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our team and take lead on engaging with new potential partners and grow and develop our partner setup.

We are working with partners like Accenture, Implement, Sunrise, S360, etc. and are looking to scale the Partner Channel significantly

 

Your mission & role

As an Account Executive within the Partner channel, your role is to enable partners to integrate qualitative insights into their offering so they can build better solutions and services for their clients and increase their revenue potential. 

This is done by helping understand the partners’ challenges and how the Sonar platform can create value for their business. 

 

Your responsibilities

  • Sourcing and contacting potential Agencies/Consultancies and the right decision-makers that can benefit from using the Sonar platform in initially UKI and Scandinavia

  • To carry out phone and web meetings in order to build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities with a focus on new accounts

  • This being a predominately “hunter” focused role, control the sales process and drive leads to closure to win new logos

  • Develop a deep understanding of product capabilities and value proposition in the qualitative research area

  • Meet and exceed both short-term sales goals as well as build consistent long-term sales potential through pipeline generation

  • Being part of building and developing a global and scalable partner setup

 

What we expect from you

  • Several years of quota carrying sales experience (B2B), ideally with a background in software (SaaS) 

  • Track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and activities

  • Growth mindset; open to new ideas and learning new methods

  • Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills with the ability to sell at all levels within a company hierarchy

  • You maintain a strong sense of urgency, take initiative, and you’re full of energy

  • Candidates must be fluent in both written and spoken English

  • Being a self-starter, not afraid to engage in new conversations, ability to get stuff done, and reach goals

 

You will stand out if you 

  • Have experience in the agency/consulting industry 

  • Have experience from working with a partner sales model
