WasteHero is looking for an Executive Assistant to support and work closely with our CEO.
In order to succeed in this role, you need to be a problem-solver and have organizational skills given complex calendar management and operating in a fast-paced environment. Furthermore, the ideal candidate have outstanding communication and writing skills and will be resourceful in building trust and relationships with both the management group and the employees of WasteHero.
Your primary tasks consists of
Most importantly, you act as trusted partner and highly professional Assistant to the CEO of WasteHero. Your primary role is to constantly increase efficiency through your ability to execute on tasks, sparring and support
Successfully managing a hectic and ever-changing diary
Proactively predict when schedules are likely to change and make adjustments where necessary, ensuring all participants are fully informed of all changes
Build and maintain co-operative relationships with the management group and colleagues at all levels
Professionally handle internal and external communication tasks
Plan / coordinate meetings, minutes of meetings and action logs
Organize conferences and events, as required
Be responsible for action plans to drive progress
Your background and personal skillset may resemble the below:
You’re in the last year of your bachelors or in the first year of your masters degree
You master both Danish and English at a professional level
Skilled user of the Office Package
Trustworthy personality and high level of professionalism
Mature, detailed oriented, positive and able to keep track of many tasks at the same time
Works independently and possess the capacity to shape the position
