We are currently seeking a talented RF testing architect, to help us set the test plans and protocols for the testing / quality control / calibration / documentation of our in-house (DC / RF) electronic equipment production. The individual will collaborate in creating the test plans and protocols and improving existing ones to verify if the produced equipment meets the quality criteria and specifications set by the final users / clients. The individual will also collaborate in setting the experimental setups and ensure the tests are performed according to the planning. The individual should also be experienced in generating or supervising the creation of testing documentation (eg. test setup configuration and changelogs, test plan changelogs, etc.) to ensure result traceability and validity.

 



 What will I be doing?

  • Translating specifications required for each product / certification needs to test plans and protocols. 
  • Closely supervise the testing activities and ensure alignment to the planned test protocols. 
  • Continuous improvement and iteration for test planning and procedures.
  • Supervise the creation of testing documentation, including test setup configuration files and logs for audit and quality control for commercial certifications.

What skills do I need?

  • Deep knowledge in the theory of RF electronics testing (eg. mixer characterization and calibration, phase noise, phase and power drift, noise floor of very low noise electronics, power calibration of RF generators,  eye diagrams of pulsed RF electronics, etc.).
  • Experience in planning and setting up RF test plans and protocols to assess performance parameters.
  • Experience in developing and setting up test setups for RF testing with minimal guidance. 
  • Experience in generating testing documentation.
