We are looking for a talented and ambitious Replenishment Coordinator to contribute to the continuous development and growth of our brand of endurance and outdoor gear.

DANISH ENDURANCE is a global endurance & outdoor brand within e-commerce. We are a young high-growth company, with a flat structure and a friendly, dynamic working environment. We are a truly international team consisting of 40 professionals with 19 different nationalities.

We focus on Danish design and sustainable manufacturing in Europe and Asia. We develop all our products in close cooperation with Olympic athletes and extreme outdoor adventurers. What can you expect from the job?

The purpose of the Replenishment Coordinator position is to ensure that finished goods are in the right place at the right time within the Danish Endurance supply network to meet customer demand and other inventory balance initiatives at the least cost to the organization.

• Replenish inventory locations by allocating products to specific markets and/or distribution centers; manage and own market inventory allocation, maximize inventory productivity, and ensure in stock positions in the sales market locations

• Manage Amazon bookings for direct to market deliveries

• Identify fast moving items responding to the seasonality and trends, communicate an appropriate action plan to relevant stakeholders to sustain in-stock position in the respective sales market

• Always meet or exceed sales channel in-stock goals

• Ensure consistent and profitable replenishment strategies

• Ensure operational feasibility of all replenishment initiative and improvements

• Ensure overall efficiency, integrity, and accuracy of the replenishment systems and data

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in related field and/or equivalent work experience required

• Strong analytical skills required

• Prior experience and working knowledge of replenishment and/or stock management systems strongly preferred

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Business Central (ERP) strongly preferred

• Experience with E-commerce and Amazon Seller central is beneficial

• Passion for sports is a bonus
