THE ROLE

Parkdepot is one of the fastest growing startups in Europe - as Country Manager you are responsible for building our office and the entire business in Denmark. You will be responsible for actively driving product development, team building, sales and key strategic partnerships - in record time!

YOUR MISSION

• Team: We put the team first: With the help of our HR Manager you will build a team in Denmark and lead and motivate our team

• Product development: Together with the founders and the engineering team you adapt our products to the Danish market

• Sales: You set the strategic sales direction and identify important customers with your team, win them for Parkdepot and thereby exceed our sales and growth targets

• Structures and KPIs: You build structures for your country and your team and are responsible for achieving measurable results

• Stakeholder management: you maintain relationships with local stakeholders and implement strategic partnerships

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Sales experience: You have already gained sound sales experience in a dynamic environment

• You are an entrepreneur: You are characterized by a strong entrepreneurial drive and you make entrepreneurial decisions

• You are structured and analytical: you are data-driven and focus on quality and excellence

• You are ambitious: you are passionate about fast growth and a very dynamic environment

• You have leadership experience and are a team player: you have experience in leading, developing and building a team

• Language skills: You have native Danish language skills and are fluent in English, other foreign language skills are an advantage

• Mobility: You have a valid class B driver's license and the willingness to travel regularly in Denmark
