As our new BDR Team Leader, you will have the very exciting task of being our very first Team Leader, and you will be part of a team of two other part time Team Leaders. You will be responsible for 4 markets eg. Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Italy and Spain. But other markets can be relevant as well.
Your responsibilities as a BDR Team Leader include:
Responsibility for the overall markets’ performance
Ensuring the markets’ performance reports are showing correct data and relaying the data and performance deviances to the Head of BDR, on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
With the conclusions of the data, you will be evaluating the performance of your teams and individual BDRs, and take actions (if needed)
Responsibility for motivating your team(s) to reach the quotas/targets by arranging competitions and activities that increase performance metrics
Supporting your team by being present and available for questions, training, coaching, general guidance and growth development
Coordinating part-time shifts in your team, and being overall in charge of all traffic coordination of the team
Solving tasks, ad-hoc and long-term projects delegated by the Head of BDR.
Qualifications include:
Self-starter and team player with the ability to thrive in a fast paced & performance-oriented environment.
You are ambitious, outgoing, self-driven, and result-oriented.
Prior sales experience is required. It is a bonus if it is within technical selling or within the telco business.
It is mandatory that you are fluent in English, and it is a great advantage if you also speak any of the following languages: Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Italian, Spanish, French, Dutch or German
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
